Black Jim Kentucky Bourbon

You will need:

• 2 litres of Voka @ 50%
• 200g Still Spirit Bourbon Staves
• 1 X Classic American Bourbon

How to:

1. Soak the 50% spirit on Bourbon Staves for at least 10 days or until a mid-strength cup of tea colour is achieved.  To achieve exactly 2 litres of oaked spirit, add 50ml spirit extra, as the the oak will soak up a little.
2. Strain off the spirit, measure to 2 litres and mix with both sachets of Classic American Bourbon.  (Note: Disregard mixing instructions on pack)
3. Leave for a week to mature
