ARTIC BEAR RUM
Brewers Choice Artic Bear Rum
You will need:
- 8ml Brumby Rum essence
- 8ml Sunshine Gold Rum essence
- 18ml Top Shelf White Rum Essence
- 68ml French Oak Spirit
- 10ml Glycerine
- 900ml of any white spirit at 40%
Procedure:
- Prepare your French Oak Spirit by soaking 50gms of Toasted French Oak Chips in 1 litre of spirit for 10-14 days.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Your Rum is ready to go. HOWEVER ! The longer you leave it the better it will taste and you will be rewarded.
